Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Time
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
Domestic (United States): Standard delivery 3–7 business days
International: Delivery times vary by destination. Estimated transit times range from 7–21 business days depending on your country and local customs processing.
Shipping Cost
Domestic orders: Please refer to your checkout for applicable shipping rates.
International orders: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items follow the same shipping policy as in-stock items. Processing and shipping timelines begin once the item is received by us and ready to dispatch. You will be notified by email when your pre-order ships.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier selected for your order will depend on your location and package size.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes — International Orders
Vaultline ships internationally from Franklin, Tennessee, United States. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Vaultline is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@thevaultline.store. Include your order number and photos where applicable. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
