Vaultline accepts the following payment methods, all processed securely through Stripe:

All payment methods are available at checkout. No additional fees are charged for any payment method.
When You Are Charged
Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). Your payment method is charged when your order is placed, not when it ships.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on your delivery address and applicable state and local tax laws. The exact tax amount is displayed before you complete your purchase.
Payment Security
All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider — the highest level of payment security in the industry. Vaultline does not store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers. All financial data is encrypted and handled exclusively by Stripe.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, please verify your billing information and contact your bank or card issuer. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully authorized. Vaultline is not responsible for delays caused by payment failures.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and our business, Vaultline reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity and to request additional verification before processing high-value orders. Any cancelled orders will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
