About Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve upcoming releases before they become available. At Vaultline, we apply the same standards to pre-orders as we do to all in-stock purchases — same care, same communication, same commitment.


Payment

Full payment is collected at the time you place your pre-order, consistent with our standard Payment Policy.


Processing and Shipping

Once a pre-ordered item is received by us and ready to dispatch, it enters our standard fulfillment process:

Processing time: 1–3 business days from the date we receive the product.
Shipping time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

These timelines are identical to those for in-stock orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your pre-order ships.


Cancellations

You may cancel a pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before the item has shipped. Once a pre-order has been dispatched, our standard Refund Policy applies.


Release Date Changes

If a publisher or supplier delays a release, we will notify you by email as soon as we are informed. You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any point before shipment. We will never leave you in the dark about a delay.


Quantity Limits

Vaultline reserves the right to limit pre-order quantities per customer per product to ensure fair access to limited and high-demand releases.

We only list pre-orders for products we are confident we can fulfill. Transparency is at the core of how we operate. If anything changes with your pre-order, you will hear from us first.
