Wholesale Inquiries
Vaultline welcomes wholesale inquiries from verified retailers, hobby shops, and resellers who wish to carry our products.
Eligibility
To qualify for wholesale pricing, applicants must hold a valid resale certificate or business license in their state or jurisdiction. Wholesale pricing is not available to individual consumers or unverified buyers.
How to Apply
To inquire about a wholesale partnership, please email us at hello@thevaultline.store with the subject line "Wholesale Inquiry." Please include your business name, contact information, resale certificate or business license number, and a brief description of your business and the products you are interested in.
We will respond within 3–5 business days.
Minimum Order Quantities
Minimum order quantities and pricing tiers are communicated upon approval of your wholesale application. Minimums vary by product category and are subject to change.
Payment Terms
All wholesale orders require payment in full prior to shipment unless a separate net payment agreement has been established in writing. We accept the same payment methods as our retail store: Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link by Stripe, all processed through Stripe.
Shipping
Wholesale orders follow the same processing and shipping timelines as retail orders (1–3 business days processing, 3–7 business days shipping) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Shipping costs for wholesale orders are calculated based on order weight and destination and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
Wholesale orders are subject to our standard Refund Policy with the following addition: returns of wholesale quantities must be pre-authorized and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the order value.
Minimum Advertised Price
Wholesale buyers agree to sell Vaultline products at or above our stated minimum advertised price (MAP) where applicable. Vaultline reserves the right to terminate wholesale relationships with partners found to be violating MAP policy or misrepresenting our products.
