Our Sourcing Process
Authorized Distributors Only
Every product sold at Vaultline is purchased directly from manufacturer-authorized distributors. We do not source from secondary markets, unverified sellers, or gray market channels. Every Pokémon, Panini, sports card, and collectible product we carry can be traced back to an authorized supply chain.
No Resealed Products
We have a strict, zero-tolerance policy on resealed or tampered products. Every hobby box we sell arrives at our facility factory sealed and is shipped to you exactly as we received it — untouched, unopened, and unmodified.
Verified Inventory
Before any product is listed on thevaultline.store, our team verifies it against official manufacturer release information — including set names, release dates, and packaging details — to ensure full accuracy.

What "Factory Sealed" Means
When we describe a product as factory sealed, it means:
The product has never been opened since leaving the manufacturer.
The original shrink wrap or seal is fully intact.
No cards, packs, or contents have been removed, replaced, or altered.
The product is exactly as the manufacturer intended it to be sold.
A Note on Sealed Product Contents
The specific cards contained within any sealed hobby box, booster box, or pack are determined entirely by the manufacturer at the time of production — not by Vaultline. We do not have access to, alter, or have any prior knowledge of the specific contents of any sealed product before it is opened by the customer.
