Orders
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update in the carrier's system after your shipping email arrives. If you cannot locate your tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@thevaultline.store with your order number.
Orders can be cancelled or modified before they ship. Email us as soon as possible at hello@thevaultline.store with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be changed or cancelled — our standard Refund Policy will apply at that point.
Full payment is collected when you place your pre-order. Once the item is received by us it enters our standard fulfillment process — 1–3 business days processing and 3–7 business days shipping, identical to in-stock orders. If a supplier changes a release date we will notify you by email immediately. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships.
Check your spam or junk folder first — confirmation emails sometimes land there. If you still cannot find it within an hour of placing your order, contact us at hello@thevaultline.store with the name and email address used at checkout and we will look into it immediately.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, domestic US delivery takes 3–7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on your country and customs processing. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Yes — we ship worldwide from Franklin, Tennessee. International shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authority are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier selected for your order depends on your location, package dimensions, and weight to ensure the most reliable and cost-effective delivery.
Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@thevaultline.store with your order number and photos of the damage where applicable. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve your case as quickly as possible. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first.
Yes. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping fee. Vaultline is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, factory sealed items in their original condition. Opened hobby boxes, booster packs, or any other opened sealed product cannot be returned. To start a return, email us at hello@thevaultline.store with your order number and reason. Please do not ship items back without prior written authorisation from our team.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving your returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method — Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link by Stripe. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear depending on your bank or provider.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thevaultline.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will prioritise your case and offer a full replacement or refund at absolutely no cost to you — no runaround, no exceptions.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order separately. Contact us and we will do our best to make the process as smooth as possible.
Products
Always — without exception. Every product at Vaultline is 100% genuine and sourced exclusively from authorised distributors. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy on resealed, tampered, or counterfeit products. For full details, visit our Authenticity Guarantee page.
We specialise in premium trading cards and collectibles including Pokémon hobby boxes and sets, Panini sports cards across basketball, football, soccer, and baseball, PSA and BGS graded slabs, and other premium collectible releases. Our catalogue is always expanding — check back regularly for new arrivals and pre-orders.
No — and no retailer anywhere can. The specific cards inside any sealed hobby box or booster pack are determined entirely by the manufacturer at the point of production. This is standard practice across the entire trading card industry. What we do guarantee is that every sealed product leaves us 100% factory sealed and untouched, exactly as the manufacturer intended.
Availability is shown in real time on each product page. If an item is sold out, email us at hello@thevaultline.store and we will let you know as soon as we have a restock date or if a pre-order option becomes available.
Payment
We accept Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link by Stripe — all processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment platform. All options are available at checkout with no additional fees for any method.
Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase — for both in-stock and pre-order items. A confirmation email is sent to you immediately after your payment is successfully processed.
Absolutely. All transactions are SSL encrypted and processed exclusively through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials — your financial data is handled entirely by Stripe under the highest security standards available. Account
No — you can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, a free Vaultline account lets you view your full order history, track shipments in one place, and check out faster on future purchases.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and you will receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive. If you are still having trouble, email us at hello@thevaultline.store and we will help you regain access.
Wholesale
Yes — we have a wholesale programme for verified hobby shops, retailers, and bulk buyers. To apply, email us at hello@thevaultline.store with the subject line "Wholesale Inquiry" and include your business name, contact information, and resale certificate or business licence.
